THEY DID NOT GIVE ME THE INVOICE, WHICH IS A LEGAL OBLIGATION. I asked them for the invoice when I left and they said they would send it by email. A week later they don't respond to my messages and still haven't sent my invoice.

Location: around 15 min walk to Gare de Lyon with luggage, but the neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. The apartment: located in a newer building, so you don't hear the trains. The kitchen is small but manageable for simple cooking. The living room had a comfy double bed-sofa in our unit. The bed in the room is also very comfy. The shower area is small relatively to the size of restroom, but gets the job done. The shower amenities were very good. The welcome artisan chocolate box was delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Compact and efficient room with small kitchen. Very clean, Staff very helpful as well. Gym available. Nice location, just 5 minutes walking from gare de Lyon and around 15 minutes from La place de la Bastille. I had a lovely stay!

I've stayed in this residence for 6 nights in September 2019. Though the room is spacious and clean, also the bathroom, this residence has a huge problem with the noise...namely during the night you can hear the terrible noise made by the trains approaching Gare de Lyon (braking!) if you keep the window open. There was no air conditioning, it was hot...so you had a choice: either you hear the trains and breath some fresh air, or you close the window (no noise whatsoever, triple window), and then you have no air and the temperature raises. In wintertime this should be not a problem... Everything at this place is brand new - the pillows and bed sheets not so comfortable (too large and the blanket was too thick for summer)...and in principle all you need is there. Breakfast is generous, pastry is excellent, also the tea, coffee and all the rest. Staff is kind and supportive. Cleaning of the room was done after 3 days, as we were explained that this is a residence, not a hotel. The view from my window was terrible - towards a constructions site. The metro stop (line 1, the one I needed) is far away (15 min walk)...the nicest thing nearby is Viaduc des Arts - where you can have nice and interesting walks.

I had a very bad experience with this hotel !!! Cleaning, change of sheets, towels are not included in the rates !!! It's up to you to bring down the trash every day !!! Staff very very very rude !!! Management committee dishonest !!!
